We prioritize active leaks and exposed sheathing after storms, with documentation formatted for insurance adjusters.
We carry tarping and temporary weatherproofing materials on every storm-response truck.
Exposed sheathing gets a temporary weatherproof seal the same day whenever possible.
Storm response crews carry the same licensing and insurance as our standard installation teams.
We're familiar with Valley Grove, WV's storm season patterns and typical damage types.
Storm-damage calls are prioritized ahead of routine scheduling, especially with active leaks.
We add crews during major storm events so response times stay fast even under high call volume.
Damage gets photographed and itemized in a format that matches standard adjuster line items.
We can meet your adjuster on-site to point out damage that's easy to miss during a quick inspection.
Storm damage ranges from a single loosened panel to widespread hail cracking across an entire elevation.
Exposed sheathing or a hole in the wall gets a temporary weatherproof seal to stop water intrusion until permanent repair. We check attic insulation for water intrusion signs even when the exterior patch looks sufficient on its own.
Assessment includes photo documentation dated for insurance purposes. We check both the siding and any exposed trim, since hail damage on trim is often more visible than on the panels themselves.
We check surrounding panels for related wind damage during the same visit. Replacement fasteners are set at tighter spacing than standard when wind exposure is a known recurring issue.
We can meet your adjuster on-site if that speeds up your claim. We provide a written damage summary in plain language alongside the photos, not just a raw image folder.
When damage is widespread across multiple elevations, a full re-side is often the more practical and often insurance-covered option. We check whether current material is still available in a matching profile before committing to full replacement over partial repair.
Fallen branches and wind-blown debris cause cracks and holes that get patched or panel-replaced depending on size. We inspect the gutter and downspout near any debris strike, since falling branches often damage more than just the wall.
Dispatch will ask about visible damage and whether water is actively getting in.
A technician arrives with tarping materials and cameras for documentation, ready to stabilize the situation fast.
Damage gets assessed, photographed, and quoted in an insurance-friendly itemized format.
Workmanship on storm repairs carries the same guarantee as any other siding work we do.
